Schedule Updates

Major construction on the Albany Avenue project began in June 2017 and is anticipated to be completed in Fall 2020. All travel lanes on Albany Avenue will remain open before 9am and after 3pm. During other hours, partial lane closures may occur. Traffic will be maintained in both directions on Homestead/Westbourne. Business access and pedestrian walkways will be maintained at all times.   • Planning and coordination to complete all contract work continues.
  • Punch list work will continue as weather permits. Landscaping is scheduled to resume in the spring.

LOOKING AHEAD: Installation of the remaining project street lights has been scheduled for next month.

  • Mark-out for parking sign installation on Magnolia and Irving Streets is underway this week. New parking signs will be installed as early as next week.
  • Project planning and coordination to complete all contract work continues. Installation of the remaining street lights is currently being coordinated with the contractor.
  • Punch list work continues as weather permits.
